“Gerardo was cordial and engaging. His windshield replacement service was quick and clean. Not used to that. It was done within 30 minutes while others would take 60 minutes or more. So I am a bit skeptical. But the quality of installations looks good. This is my experience. After using Safelite via my insurance for many years, this is my first time trying a different vendors - Auto Glass Solutions. I have always received my service from Safelite. But this time I wanted to try something different. Auto Glass Solution was different for sure. Every aspect of the transaction process was simple and efficient. So efficient that it makes you think it may not be real. Here’s my rating: Online search (10/10) - the website was simple and clear. Request for quote (8/10) - the request received immediate response with clear quote. Could have better customer friendly feel. No Extra Hidden Fees….such as Molding cost, Recycle Cost, Mobile service on sight cost. These were all extra with Safelite.
