“Was told they can get the window after paying for it I get a phone call saying that they can't get it. Now I have to wait on a refund. Not happy at all should not of had to pay for window if they don't have it. Believed I was lied to and if that is how you do business its a shame. Will not return and will not recomend your company or services to anyone. By the way I was able to get the window done at a local company the same day for 100 dollars less, and you told me that you can't find the window I thought that you specialized in glass.”

After a couple of delays due to problems that were beyond their control (wrong window shipped and the correct one broke upon installation...it can happen), they promptly installed the window and even reduced the price/ matched the price of a competitor due to the problems/delays. They seemed more worried about getting the job done on time then I was. I'm hoping I never need another window replaced, but if I do, I will call them. ”
