“I called the 800 number to arange the appointment and the sales person that answered the phone was very polite. She offered me a different deal through a partner company that saved me more money. The appointment was for the next day and it only took about 1/2 hour. The technician was very professional. I deffinately will consider them again if I need glass replaced. ”
