2010 Audi A3 | 4 Door Hatchback
“The service was timely and professional. I was surprised that several gratuity options suggested on the received service screen. Other repairman/company I have utilized (plumber, electrician, handyman) do not do this. The company should indicate gratuities are expected on the quote. ”
2012 GMC Acadia | 4 Door Utility
“ I have not had my glass repaired yet, as I scheduled it for a few days out due to my busy schedule. Keeping that in mind, I would say that the process with glass.NET was very efficient and easy to use. I submitted my information online on a Saturday night, and by Sunday morning at 7 AM I had a message on my phone to call. By Monday morning, I had a date locked in to meet at my house, and a fixed price. The customer rep was very knowledgeable, friendly, and walk me through the process and just a few minutes. I hope the installation process goes through as easily as setting up the appointment, though I certainly will recommend this company for anyone with similar issues regarding auto glass. The price was also $50 cheaper than safelite! ”
