I got a competitive quote from Mario immediately on Saturday afternoon and he assured me he could get the part first thing Monday morning. He was a man of his word, arriving early on Monday to my place, vacuuming all of the broken glass, then replacing the window. He was prompt, professional, he explained what happened and even had recommendations for how to preserve the window function going forward with WD40. He saved me a drive to a repair shop and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Mario to anyone dealing with this issue.”
