“I don't know if was because I paid out of pocket as opposed to going through the insurance company, but I feel I got a better deal myself rather than putting in a claim. Insurer's typically suggest national glass companies like "SafeLite". The fact is after shopping around Safelite ended up being the most expensive quote of all.I prefer to shop local and as it turned out local company "Glass America" was the least expensive. They gave me a NO HASSLE quote up front, accomodating me and came to my home promptly. They arrived on time, were courteous, and honored their quoted price.
