“The technician did a really good job and was very professional. However, when I received my receipt via email I learned that I was charged nearly $10 over my quoted price. According to customer service, I was supposed to be provided an updated price when scheduling my time. This did not occur. Also when signing the receipt on the technician's phone there was no price, only a blank area for signing. I didn't learn the actual cost until receiving the emailed receipt. When speaking to customer service, they were only able to take $32 of the nearly $100 extra off my cost. This means instead of being $50 under their competition quote, they wound up being $10 more expensive than the competition.”

“I don't know if was because I paid out of pocket as opposed to going through the insurance company, but I feel I got a better deal myself rather than putting in a claim. Insurer's typically suggest national glass companies like "SafeLite". The fact is after shopping around Safelite ended up being the most expensive quote of all.I prefer to shop local and as it turned out local company "Glass America" was the least expensive. They gave me a NO HASSLE quote up front, accomodating me and came to my home promptly. They arrived on time, were courteous, and honored their quoted price. I would recommend them and will use them again.Alan Brown”
