“I signed up online on Saturday, spoke to the rep on Sunday. He told me it takes 24 hrs to order the glass and they can install the next day. I didn't ask for them to install on Tuesday, I requested Wednesday...gave them an extra day to plan. I requested Wednesday MORNING and he said ok. I even said around 9-10AM. The guy did not come till 1240PM. They should have been more upfront about the time. Why ask me what time I want if you cannot do it at that time? There are other areas that can provide the service or I could have gone to a shop 5 minutes away and get it installed at the time I want. In addition, there is still glass in my car!!! They told me they would clean up the glass but there are clearly pieces of glass left in the back seat and back dashboard (they installed rear mirror glass). Very upset about this service. First time I tried doing it this way, thought it would be more convenient to have someone come to my house but it wasn't.”
