“I originally scheduled it for Saturday at 9am on a holiday weekend. The service called at 9:30 to inform me that their repairman's truck would not start and they would need to reschedule. I said I would be available on Monday morning, so we tentatively agreed that service would be completed Monday morning (the holiday). On Monday morning the repairman called and said he could come after 3pm on Monday. I reluctantly agreed, primarily because I wanted it done. My family and I ran errands Monday morning and were home by 3pm. We were home the remainder of the afternoon and evening and no one ever showed up. I called the company on Tuesday morning and they said that the repairman called after 3pm to confirm. I have no record of any such calls and still further, I confirmed with him Monday morning that he should come after 3pm, so no further confirmation was necessary. They were simply a NO SHOW!. For my "inconvenience," I was promised a TEN DOLLAR discount. TEN dollars?!? The appointment was then rescheduled for the following Saturday morning at 10am. I had a Board meeting from 10am-noon, so I left my car with my wife at the house so they could repair. The repairman showed up at 1pm - AFTER I had already returned home from my board meeting. Installation took until after 2pm, ruining our plans for a family lunch and afternoon errands. Promptness and consideration of others time is obviously not a priority for this company and I will never use them again. I will say that the repairmen who did the work were great and I was pleased with them as a whole; management of the company is an entirely different story, as should be evident from these comments.”
