“The company did not promptly notify me of schedule changes. I had to call them to determine if they were even going to show up on 2 different days, which they did not. Then, when they finally did arrive they had the wrong windshield and tried to blame me for the error even though it was 100% their error. I rate them as unprofessional and not someone I would give my business to. ”

“I originally had an appointment for Saturday, and they never called or showed up. When I caught up with the owner/manager, he apologized and rescheduled for the next day and discounted the price. They were late, but very fast. All in the comfort of my own home. I would recommend them. ”

“Great experience! Prompt and almost perfect quote, a considerate call to let me know that the technician was on his way, and fast, beautiful workmanship. I was a little surprised that there wasn't cleanup of the debris that fell inside the car from the work (or some type of cover put in place to catch the debris for quick cleanup?). However, the friendly service as well as tips for temporarily patching my convertible top (also damaged in the same hailstorm that destroyed my windshield) made up for the oversight. I was quite pleased with the work, and the price was significantly less expensive than any other quote I find. Cash or check, no cards.”

“The time for installation was changed at least 3 times. There are now scratches underneath the new pane, evidently from the removal of the old pane. The old shattered glass that was removed was left all over the floor for me to clean up. I did not receive a gift/gas card as stated on the website.”
