“If the windshield really does come with a lifetime warranty, one would expect some official documentation and not an universal receipt. Aside from windshield and tax, $15 more was added to the invoice. This was a down and dirty, lowest priced job; perfect for a 10-year-old vehicle. For my 2012.... I'll go elsewhere next time. ”

“After reading the online reviews, I was concerned that the company would not keep their scheduled appointment time. After setting the initial appointment and time, I called back asking for more details on the price. That call was never returned. They said they would be there at 1030. Then they said 130 pm. at 3 we found them parked in front of the house so we canceled. After some assurance, we rescheduled for the next day. That appointment was kept. Its hassle to deal with the company but the price was right.”

“I was pleased. They came out a few hours later than originally planned, but they did call to let me know. They replaced the glass in the parking lot and called me w/in the hour to let me know it was done. The window looks good as new. Their price was the most competitive, which is why I went with Accuracy Glass, and the quality seems to be just like new.”
