“Service from Jamie was great on setting appointment. Technician did not call 30 minutes before arrival as advertised, just showed up. Window was installed, but Tech said it was the wrong window and they would return to replace. Window actually works well, but believe the panel was not reinstalled/ aligned correctly as the door lock makes a loud click when shutting and opening - new sound. Called the installer but have heard nothing from them. Also called Jamie who said the technician would be back to fix, but have not been contacted. Price was good, but Safelite might have been a bargain at twice the price. Wasn't looking for cheapest, just timely repair.”

“What a great company! My front windshield was vandalized late at night so I looked online and found Paramount Auto Glass. Within minutes of me calling their number I was contacted by text by Han. He scheduled a repair man to arrive at my place of business the next morning. The repairman showed up on time and the windshield was replaced within 30 minutes at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a front windshield replaced.”
