“The tech was unfamiliar in how to replace my glass as it is a foriegn 2006 model. He attempted to repair but stopped to inform me that he was afraid he might ruin the motor mechanism in the door. He asked if it was ok to stop and consult his shop and then he would be out the next day to repair it or not. Well he came out and fixed the window in under an hour.I appreciated very much the tech's honesty as integrity anymore is a lost characteristic. He left my car neat and devoid of any glass and even fingerprints. Simply awesome and I did not have to leave my home.”
