They did notify me right away about the change in schedule. Overall, I had a very good experience with Union Auto Glass, and will use them again if the need arises.”

“I was very happy with the service I received. I was able to get a next-day appointment for a Saturday and I was given a 2-hour window for when the technician would arrive. He called the morning of the appointment and told me when he would arrive. There was one glitch, but it was resolved in a timely manner. The glass the technician brought was for a VW Jetta and I have a VW Passat, so it didn't fit. However, a replacement arrived in about 30-45 minutes and the job was completed. Since they came to my home to install the glass, they small delay was not a problem.”
