They said they could complete the install the very next day (a SUNDAY) and would show up between 9-11 AM. The technician was extremely courteous and gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out and showed up within the time window we setup. He completed the work within 90 minutes of arriving and the replacement windshield looks fantastic. The price I ended up paying was was the price quoted over the phone and the price quote I saw through glass.net.
