“Your payment method needs some work. Giving credit card numbers out over the phone always gives me cause for concern. I think I know they were just used and discarded but unethical people pay for those numbers. A card reader and signature would work well.”

“I was told that they would replace my windshield in the AM, then I did not hear anything and when I contacted them they said that they left me a message that they had changed my time to the afternoon, also the main problem I had is that they did not clean up at all and broke one of my heat/AC knobs off the inside of my vehicle and the weather stripping was not put back on inside the door on the driver side. ”

“Requested a quote through glass.net and got a call from Alpha Auto Glass a couple hours later. They said they could complete the install the very next day (a SUNDAY) and would show up between 9-11 AM. The technician was extremely courteous and gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out and showed up within the time window we setup. He completed the work within 90 minutes of arriving and the replacement windshield looks fantastic. The price I ended up paying was was the price quoted over the phone and the price quote I saw through glass.net.
