“I ordered my replacement and was to have an installer out to my house at 10:30am. He didn't get here until I called and reminded him and then it was nearly 3 before my windshield was installed. Once the windshield was being installed the installer broke the windshield. I went ahead AND PAID a $100.00 deposit on the broken windshield and was told he would return after the weekend, its been a full week and I haven't seen him and I have called and called and left messages and no reply!!!! I want a refund and my windshield replaced or I will not be satisfied and I will report to the better business bureau. ”

“The guy that installed my glass was competent at what he did. He was early and then returned on time since I was not home early. English would be a useful language to be proficient with if you wanted to work for the public in America, and I had to clean the broken glass out of my car's interior”
