“I never met the tech, my car was at my job site, they said it would be replaced by a certain time, and it was fixed and they left, I was very satisfied!!”

“I got called once for the replacement and I asked the person to call me after 15 mins. and she agreed. But I never got a call back. Its been almost 24 hrs and still not scheduled or had the conversation.”

“I really appreciated that they came to my house to replace my back window. The price was reasonable enough. I just wish he would have put a tarp inside my car so that the glass from my old back window wouldn't have gotten all on my back seat. Though he did warn me that it would happen, I just though it would've been nice if he tried to prevent it that's all. He was friendly. They had told me he would come between the hours of 9-12 and he calls me to let me know he won't be there till 1 though I had work at 2. He helped by saying he could get there by 1230 and be out by 130 which worked perfectly because that's when I leave. So I was satisfied overall.”

“I ordered my replacement and was to have an installer out to my house at 10:30am. He didn't get here until I called and reminded him and then it was nearly 3 before my windshield was installed. Once the windshield was being installed the installer broke the windshield. I went ahead AND PAID a $100.00 deposit on the broken windshield and was told he would return after the weekend, its been a full week and I haven't seen him and I have called and called and left messages and no reply!!!! I want a refund and my windshield replaced or I will not be satisfied and I will report to the better business bureau. ”
