“The tech was great. Needed some repairs done on roof before glass would fit and he assisted me in getting it bent back. Easy to talk too and nice. Honestly best service I have ever had on anything i have had to pay for. ”

“The original day that installation was scheduled for was not met. Installer was supposed to be done by 5 pm since I was at work and called to say he wouldn't be there until 5. I called the shop to reschedule for the following day, and asked them to call the installer to let him know. However, at 5:30, the installer called to say he was on his way! Also, when I rescheduled, I also changed the address of where I needed the install to occur that following day, since I would be working at home. However, when the installer called to let me know he was on his way, he still had the old address. Severe lack of communication! ”
