“Called to schedule an appointment for next day. Then called the next morning and said no one could come to my house and asked if I could drive 40 miles to get my windshield. Said he would call back in 30 minutes. I never received a call. The next morning he called and said someone could come to my house. I had already scheduled someone else.”

“Someone tried breaking into my car and left the side window shattered. I looked up reliable replacements and H town repair was the first that popped up. They were almost half the price of the car dealership, contacted me within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, came out to my work and replaced my window. Also gave me a 30 min courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. ”
