“Glass America Great product/service at an excellent price!”

“Technician broke plastic molding, promised to replace it but failed to do so. Rear view mirror is lose.”

“Once the service rep arrived all was well. But I needed to call for an update on arrival time. The rep came 1/2 an hour late instead of arriving some time between 9:00 - 11:00. That was fortunately something I could handle but I was hoping to be done by 11:30 not beginning the repair. I was VERY glad that the rep could come to me and make the repair in the parking lot where I was parked. He did a good job. Could have vacuumed a little more, just a bit of glass left behind. But I would recommend them to a friend. Just request a tight arrival window and updates on when the rep will arrive as time passes.”
