“The installer was excellent, well mannered, and professional. The original meeting wasn't available at my location even though it is within the service area(Jasper). Therefore, I agreed to meet in Canton at 12 noon upon arrival I was formed it would be another hour before the installer could leave Woodstock. Since I had already rescheduled prior events invested time and gas, I ageeded to drive on into Woodstock. Where I waited for another hour. After gas expence and 4 hours I was satisfied with the professionalism of the installer, but my overall cost and time.”

“The only issue was that the Technician had a flat tire which pushed his time back thus resulting in my appointment being pushed back. The Technician never called to relay that he would be later than scheduled, I had to call the shop to find out the status. ”
