“I heard from Onsite within an hour of requesting my quote. Before lunch my windshield was repaired and I was good to go! The men who came out were super fast and efficient. They beat the price of the dealer and several of their competitors. The glass is comparable with what the dealership offered. I would fully recommend this company! I hopefully won't need them again, but in the event that I need a windshield replacement, these are the guys I am going with! ”

“The technician did a really good job and was very professional. However, when I received my receipt via email I learned that I was charged nearly $10 over my quoted price. According to customer service, I was supposed to be provided an updated price when scheduling my time. This did not occur. Also when signing the receipt on the technician's phone there was no price, only a blank area for signing. I didn't learn the actual cost until receiving the emailed receipt. When speaking to customer service, they were only able to take $32 of the nearly $100 extra off my cost. This means instead of being $50 under their competition quote, they wound up being $10 more expensive than the competition.”
