“The technician did a really good job and was very professional. However, when I received my receipt via email I learned that I was charged nearly $10 over my quoted price. According to customer service, I was supposed to be provided an updated price when scheduling my time. This did not occur. Also when signing the receipt on the technician's phone there was no price, only a blank area for signing. I didn't learn the actual cost until receiving the emailed receipt. When speaking to customer service, they were only able to take $32 of the nearly $100 extra off my cost. This means instead of being $50 under their competition quote, they wound up being $10 more expensive than the competition.”

“This has been the easiest process, setting up the windshield replacement. The cost and the personal that I've been in contact with have been exceptional. They have friendly knowledge staff. And most importantly they have kept me informed. Hopefully I never have to replace anther glass, but if i do there is no doubt where i will go.”

“The guys were scheduled for 12-2 but did not show up until almost 3. Same day service so in the end pretty good at making it the job. The work was good and thoroughly satisfied with the job they did. Price was better than major competitor and would use them again. ”
