“I thought that the gentleman that did the replacement did a great job. However, I did not receive a phone call the morning of the replacement to give me a time frame to expect him to arrive. I was also told I would receive a phone call appx 20 minutes before he arrived. I didn't get that phone call either. Had I been in the shower, would he have left since my vehicle was locked? Overall, the job was completed well, but I think some attention has to be paid to the details.”

“Quick and good job for a good price. The only thing that concerned me was not recieving a call in the morning to setup a time, the tech ended up just calling on his way over, would have preferred more warning. Besides that very minor problem I would recommend them”

“I was told the service would arrive between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. After 2:00 pm I called to inquire why they were so late. I was told I was the next customer and the service would be there within 30 minutes. When the service arrived, the driver told me the shop kept adding customers to his list. I don't know if this explanation makes sense. But, if it is correct, I find it unacceptable.”
