“No phone call the first day. I had to make three calls to get estimate on arrival. Brought wrong glass the the first time so had to wait for second day. Srevice completed at 3 pm so waisted two days. ”

“The person who came to change my windshield didn't come until very late in the day when they were supposed to come between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. He did a good job once he did it, but it was the being late that bothered me. I recommend that is someone that if someone is coming to do the job during a certain time they don't call at the end of that time and say they'll be there a half-hour to an hour late.”
