“Got a call to say they would be 15 min late and a half an hour later the tech said he would be there in 15 min. turned out the window was getting replaced an hour after it was supposed to be so most of the morning was wasted. workmanship was fine but it really was a bummer that it took a lot longer than I had hoped.”

“The only issue was glass fragments not totally vacuumed on the car interior surfaces that would scratch these surfaces if not fully removed, and a few glass pieces on the floor carpet.”
