2000 Ford Mustang | 2 Door Convertible
“I originally scheduled it for Saturday at 9am on a holiday weekend. The service called at 9:30 to inform me that their repairman's truck would not start and they would need to reschedule. I said I would be available on Monday morning, so we tentatively agreed that service would be completed Monday morning (the holiday). On Monday morning the repairman called and said he could come after 3pm on Monday. I reluctantly agreed, primarily because I wanted it done. My family and I ran errands Monday morning and were home by 3pm. We were home the remainder of the afternoon and evening and no one ever showed up. I called the company on Tuesday morning and they said that the repairman called after 3pm to confirm. I have no record of any such calls and still further, I confirmed with him Monday morning that he should come after 3pm, so no further confirmation was necessary. They were simply a NO SHOW!. For my "inconvenience," I was promised a TEN DOLLAR discount. TEN dollars?!? The appointment was then rescheduled for the following Saturday morning at 10am. I had a Board meeting from 10am-noon, so I left my car with my wife at the house so they could repair. The repairman showed up at 1pm - AFTER I had already returned home from my board meeting. Installation took until after 2pm, ruining our plans for a family lunch and afternoon errands. Promptness and consideration of others time is obviously not a priority for this company and I will never use them again. I will say that the repairmen who did the work were great and I was pleased with them as a whole; management of the company is an entirely different story, as should be evident from these comments.”

“Very fast service. Had new glass in my vehicle by noon the day after I submitted my online request. They went out of their way to perform the job at my home when I had expected to have to drive to meet them at a parking lot (I live outside the city). Cost was less than I expected (had a quote from a junk yard for twice the price but that was only the glass ... installation would have added even more to the cost). Overall I am very pleased and satisfied. Would definitely recommend this service provider to all my friends and acquaintances.”

“our installer was very friendly and courteous. He also went out of his way to make sure we understood that the vehicle had to be treated with care for the next couple of days to ensure a good seal (i.e. not slamming doors, etc). We have had several windshields replaced over the years and I don't remember anyone bothering to tell us about this. Additionally, he had a smile on his face and was a pleasure to deal with.”

“Got a call to say they would be 15 min late and a half an hour later the tech said he would be there in 15 min. turned out the window was getting replaced an hour after it was supposed to be so most of the morning was wasted. workmanship was fine but it really was a bummer that it took a lot longer than I had hoped.”
