“Glass install was delayed one day Because of damage to glass.Know one let me know about the problem.I call the call center and she could not find the work order.I called back and the next person found the work order and said someone would call me I was finally called and was told there was a issue with the glass. And told they would have to order from another vendor. But was told that I would be another $100 I told Kirk if he could help me out and offered a $30 coupon which I agreed. After some thought I tried to see if I could go half on the $100 but that the best he could do.I thought should I have to pay more it wasn't my fault about the glass and getting delayed and I had to reach out about the problem.I think you's guys quoted me a go price to go to you's guys and raise the price. You's could have least had Kirk go half on the price of the price of the window that had to be ordered? As far as the install he did a great job.The call center said someone would call the mornings of the install to see if I could get more discount on the price but one ever called. To me that is bad customer service, ”
