“The windshield was replaced in one of my service vehicles. The vehicle was on the road the first time the glass technician attempted to make the repair. He courteously rescheduled my repair so that it would be convenient for the both of us. The next day he showed up when he said he would. The repair went quickly and he didn't leave a mess.
