“Our son lives in Columbus ,Ohio-attends OSU-we live in California-He called us Sunday Morning telling us someone had broken his car window. Called Safelite-took them 24hours to return call- and that they could not replace window for 3 days. Found your company on internet-returned call within-15 minutes-came out later in the afternoon on the same day and it was a holiday(MLK day1-20 2014) Thank-you for the wonderful service”

“The gentlemen that replaced the windshield called me on my cell as no one was home when he arrived (as planned) and he told me that he could not replace the windshield because the car was parked in the driveway and it had a few inches of snow on it and he needed to use the garage because it was too cold to replace the windshield in the driveway. I told him I could be home in 10 minutes and open the garage for his use. When I arrived home, he was sitting his his van and he did not even brush the snow off the car. I pulled in the driveway, opened the garage door and he watched me brush the snow off the car. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I then had to go to work with wet feet. On the positive note, I believe he did a decent job on the replacement windshield.”

Everything went fine with Glass.net but I never heard from the company and have not been able to verify that the company selected is even in business. Due to a shortage of time I was forced to do business with another company that did not provide service at my home and was slightly higher in price. Please make sure all companies listed on your site are actually in business as I was even unable to contact the company directly at the number given on your site. Thank you for your efforts, A.C.”

“When they replaced my windshield, they covered up the VIN number located in the lower driver side corner. Now the state is telling me I need to replace the windshield AGAIN to make that number visible.”
