“i had an appointment for 12-04-2016, 9-11 am, with a 1/2 hour call before arrival. no call, no-show, no response phones are not set-up to receive calls i need to have my windshield replaced. my text code was 59. my quote was $202 firm,to include all parts and labor. i have not heard a word from them. missed church and wasted my whole day. the payment was to be cash. 860.501.3838 very unprofessional. call me and leave a mssg with a phone # that works.thank you m.d.”
