“The installation was professional and timely. The appointment coordination was a challenge. I was initially told via phone after the order was submitted that the contact person would call back the next morning (AM) to coordinate the appointment time for the afternoon. No call received until 4 PM the next day and it was the installer wanting to install the windshield. All fine and dandy except, again never received a coordinating call for the appointment time hence, everyone on my end had gone about their business. Fortunately for the installer and the customer (me) I was able to scramble and get the vehicle in the right place and the installer showed up an hour after he contacted me. Other than the failure to communicate the price was near the quote and the installation was excellent.”

“Great service by installer. My only complaint is when you Quote a price and you say it is 187:00 Total installed, that's what it should be. Do not say something that is not true like your total is 187:00 Don't lead your customers on to make a few bucks its really not worth it. For me i would not come back for that reason I feel i was cheated because i asked what was the total price and was told 187:00 and then it ended up being 202.28 That pissed me off.
