“Couldn't believe that I got a call within a minute of registering online. The installer was very prompt and friendly. He certainly knew his job, and the price was the best I found. The whole experience was nothing like the glass company I dealt with first, who didn't have my appointment scheduled when I got there, and charged extra to come to the house.”

“Final glass installation is ok, although the installers seemed rough on the car and didn't take precautions to protect other areas of the automobile when installing the glass. During installation, one of the techs had adhesive on his hands and must have grabbed the inside the vehicle door for leverage, he left 4 black adhesive fingerprints above the door on the ceiling fabric. This wasn't identified until later in the day. I was able to remove the adhesive from the fabric, but not 100%. Minor scratches on the body of the auto around the windshield from the tools, and broken glass left on the dash and hood of car. I went with J.V. because they were the cheapest quote, next time I think I will go with safelite for the added cost, who I know provides the care I was looking for. ”

“Great service. Tony arrived on time and the entire job was done in my driveway in less than 1 hour. He uses Pilkington glass which is the exact same as the BMW OEM supplier. His job was through, tidy and flawless. The price of $300 is way less than what a dealer would have charged.”
