“I don't know if was because I paid out of pocket as opposed to going through the insurance company, but I feel I got a better deal myself rather than putting in a claim. Insurer's typically suggest national glass companies like "SafeLite". The fact is after shopping around Safelite ended up being the most expensive quote of all.I prefer to shop local and as it turned out local company "Glass America" was the least expensive. They gave me a NO HASSLE quote up front, accomodating me and came to my home promptly. They arrived on time, were courteous, and honored their quoted price. I would recommend them and will use them again.Alan Brown”

“1. The price quoted online did not include the cost of the gasket even though they won't do the installation without using a new gasket. An extra $25. No big deal but annoying. 2. Appointment was made for window of between 9 and noon. No one came or called. I called the company after noon. They said the appointment was for between 9 and 3. This was definitely not true but she wanted to argue about it. Installer finally showed up at 3:30. He was courteous and did a fine job. I would not recommend this company. ”
