“Gerardo was cordial and engaging. His windshield replacement service was quick and clean. Not used to that. It was done within 30 minutes while others would take 60 minutes or more. So I am a bit skeptical. But the quality of installations looks good. This is my experience. After using Safelite via my insurance for many years, this is my first time trying a different vendors - Auto Glass Solutions. I have always received my service from Safelite. But this time I wanted to try something different. Auto Glass Solution was different for sure. Every aspect of the transaction process was simple and efficient. So efficient that it makes you think it may not be real. Here’s my rating: Online search (10/10) - the website was simple and clear. Request for quote (8/10) - the request received immediate response with clear quote. Could have better customer friendly feel. No Extra Hidden Fees….such as Molding cost, Recycle Cost, Mobile service on sight cost. These were all extra with Safelite. Appointment (10/10) - The appointment schedule was easily scheduled via text with specific time….. unlike Safelite that gives you a window like 1pm - 5pm. Auto Glass Solution does not waste my day to wait for service. Communication (10/10) - appointments and coordination were arranged by text which is fast and seamless. I like that. Promptness to Appointment (10/10) - Up front text to notify of arrival. And arrives on time. Introduction (10/10) - Very Friendly and clear with service to be performed. Cleanliness (10/10) - Job was done with cleanliness and quality. Seams were clean without visible excess adhesives, etc. Molding was cleaned all around. Work area was cleaned after service. Work Quality (10/10) - Excellent quality with windshield placement, molding fit all around and no visible adhesives. After market Windshield quality also is excellent. Payment (10/10) - Excellent payment transaction. Completed with phone and credit card tap with options for text or email receipt. Based on my experience - I will definitely refer others and will continue to use Auto Glass Solutions in the future. Thank you… ”
