Although the installer was willing to comeback the following week, the inconvenience of scheduling another date and perhaps another location was easier said than done when the customer has a very busy work schedule. The bottom line ist the correct quoted OEM windshield should have been delivered as quoted and approved by the customer. Ever heard of bait and switch?”
