“Our first communication with Jalyn (sp?) was Awesome. She was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. In addition her manager Rodney was great with communication and follow-up. Unfortunately everything that could go wrong did. The installer showed up one day early (Tues 6/12/18) and we had no idea (my daughter was at school taking a final). I was late for work attempting to take care of this issue for our daughter. My husband & I live 6.5 hours from our college student. We trusted your company to take good care of the busted windshield and give us peace of mind. In closing we found a different installer, cost less money without any SNAFUs. “Still waiting for installation. It was scheduled for yesterday afternoon, but the installer showed up in the morning--when I was away with the car, called to find out where the car was--and discovered he had the wrong windshield. He then said he could come back the next morning (today), so I left for the afternoon. Then I got another call, saying he was at my house with the right windshield. Now I'm waiting and hoping he comes as scheduled. Let me hasten to say that the installer was polite, respectful and apologetic, but I won't relax until he shows up, with the right windshield, and actually installs it. I hope to five you five stars when finished, but for now I'll enter one in order to get this message to submit!”
