“Installer, Eric, called 30 minutes before scheduled arrival time to confirm, as I was told he would. He was professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to have him at our home to install the new windshield. I was called the following day to provide credit card info, as expected. The cost ($180) was a little higher than the estimate of $149 (I think that's what it was), but the quote did state that there might be extra costs based on the installation/tax. etc, so I had no problem with that. If I ever have another problem with any of the windshields on our cars, I wouldn't hesitate to call on them, and I certainly recommend them, 5 stars.”
