After closer look I have cashmere interior and there is black marks in the inside of my car where he must not have been wearing gloves. I'm going to be calling in the morning to follow up.”

“4 1/2 stars. I used the online appointment feature, but had to call in anyway after waiting 3-4 days. Not a big deal there. The more important thing is the replacement of the windshield. My installer actually called and said he could come earlier if possible, which was fine. All in all he was there maybe an hour and completed the job, which involved a large piece of glass on a Ford Edge. The windshield looks fine, it was clean and my EZ pass, remote start antenna and inspection sticker were reattached to the new glass. The only negative was a small amount of adhesive on the outside of my side window vent guard (which I cleaned). I would definitely use them again. Also, the cost of the glass and install was very good.”
