“They came to my location and replaced my windshield in about an hour. I had texted the person who set up the appointment and said I was bringing cash and asked if he would have change? He said he would. The man who replaced my windshield, who was not the man I texted earlier, did not have change. It was a minor issue that we were able to resolve and the only reason I rated the experience a four. ”

“First appointment canceled because truck broke down. They were prompt to call and we rescheduled for first thing next day. After ten I texted and was told the installer would call. They said I thought it was going to rain. It wasn’t,t in addition I have a garage the work could have been done. They showed promptly the next morning and installed. When I went to give him my credit card I was tol the system was down yesterday and could I give him a truck. Now my warm fuzzy feeling was being replaced with concern. I am looking at a company that didn’t, tell me they can,t take credit cards with a van license plates from Massachusetts asking me to make the check out to him personally. I asked for a paid receipt and warranty information. He texted the main guy. After he left I contacted the office and was told they would send it to me. I still haven,t received the information and now they don,t respond. Not a recipe for refferals”
