“When I spoke to Ray ,he offered to come mobile to either my job parking lot or my home parking lot ( senior apartments no garages) When he finally showed up to my home he was alone.I could tell he didn't want to do the job because it was cold today. No garage was ever mentioned by either party when I booked the appointment. He said maybe he could come back tomorrow ? I said the weather will be the same again tomorrow...the entire state of Michigan is cold this week. He asked if I had a garage I could take my car too. I said no I don't and nobody has a garage here or car port as you can clearly see. I said I will call another company. Thanks anyway and he left. I was actually able to get a better quote thru our local Bell Tire for $175.00 Your installer should tell callers you "must" have a garage for him to work in...even tho most jobs have parking lots and NO garage he shouldn't offer to come to your employment to install OUTSIDE. Thanks anyway”
