“Did a great job. ”

“EXCELLENT! The technician, Jason, was ON TIME, VERY THOROUGH and MOST PROFESSIONAL. Clearly he knew his craft and wasted no time in replacing the front windshield of my 2004 Hyundai Tiburon Tuscani. As I plan to sell the car, I wanted it to be as sharp as possible and the crack across the front windshield was an eyesore. But thanks to Abra/Interstate Glass, it now looks super sharp and has added value to my sale price. I not only would use this company again, should the need arise; but I also will recommend them to my friends and family.”

“Not great. The initial call was good for the most part and the agent was friendly. Where it started to fall short is the lack of communication and how communication was handled. I had advised the agent that I needed an hour notice before the service due to working at a closed school campus. The repair person showed up randomly in the afternoon looked at my car and up at the sky and said "It's raining, I can't do this today" and left. The company that called representing the repair person later called me and told me that they would do it later this week but I'm in a little disbelief that it's actually gonna happen or not. Even though the repair hasn't happen yet my confidence in Auto Glass Guru is very low. Your customer service is garbage and efficiency of communication seems poor.”

“Technician refused to come on set dates then made up multiple excuses as to why they couldn’t perform work, will never recommend to any for windshield install.”
