“It has been almost a week and I haven't been contacted by anyone on my about my windshield replacement. If it goes another day I will be using another service (Saturday March 2). I was contacted about a half and hour after I wrote the first review and talked with someone to setup an appointed and I did they came three days later and said they could not replace my glass do to some snow around my car and they would have to come back another time. They called me the next day and said they would be they would be out about mid day, so I moved my vehicle in the middle of my driveway where there was no snow for about eight feet on each side so he would not have to step in the snow in the middle of winter in New England but no one showed up. I did not move my vehicle for another day just in case he would show up the next day, nothing. It has been three weeks sense I contacted Glass America to replace my windshield and no one has called or emailed me. I will not contact, use or tell anyone else to use Glass America. “Technician glued the new windshield directly on top of the window seal rather than Installing it correctly. Horrified to think of safety implications. I’d have called him back to do it right, but I would never let someone that would do that touch my vehicle. ”
