“I must admit I was skeptical using this service, but decided to go for it given the responsiveness and price. Overall, my technician, Robert, from Big City Glass LLC, was a total pro. He knew exactly what to do with my Jeep even inquiring if I wanted to get a windshield replacement with the Jeep decals. Then he told me the price difference for that sheet of glass, so I passed and went with what is stock. I requested a quote on Monday afternoon, was contacted by Robert two hours later. I was able to schedule a 'come-to-me' fix for Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon he informed what time on Wednesday he would show up, which was between 2-4 pm. At 2:45pm on Wednesday he said he was on his way. Got to me by 3pm, said the job would take 45 minutes and that's exactly how long it took. You can tell Robert knows his glass. Finally, the price point was way lower than anythign else I could find and about half of what it would have cost if I went through my insurance company which quoted me $500. This only cost $220. I'm really impressed - David (Washington D.C.)”
