“Several days ago, I had appointment made for today from 8 am to noon for windshield replacement. I work night shift til 12:30 am. This morning, I woke up just in time waiting for this guy to show up. Til at 10:30, he called asking to come later in the afternoon at 2 pm. I explained that I would have to go to work at that time. He mentioned that he could do the service at work but again, I explained that he couldn't do that on government's property. So we agree for next morning appointment at 9 am. I'm disappointed for the delays and wasting time.”
