“Amazing Job!! I had a broken windshield on a weekend so I did a search and came across this company which I had never heard of BUT I went for it. I got a call within mins of my web search and I was scheduled for Monday. On Monday morning I revived a kind call letting me know that we would need to reschedule due to the fact that the windshield that they ordered arrived scratched and they felt it was best to order a new one. I personally found that to be GREAT customer service!! The next day they called to confirm there estimated time of arrival. They arrived introduced themselves and explained there process. Please note that it was pouring rain!! The team of 2 set up a tent over my car carefully and they removed the broken windshield and installed the new one. They took the time to show me the windshield before they installed and they made sure I looked over the whole car before they cleaned up. I would and have recommended JV auto glass!! Great job!! “Glass install was delayed one day Because of damage to glass.Know one let me know about the problem.I call the call center and she could not find the work order.I called back and the next person found the work order and said someone would call me I was finally called and was told there was a issue with the glass.And told they would have to order from another vendor.But was told that I would be another $100 I told Kirk if he could help me out and offered a $30 coupon which I agreed.After some thought I tried to see if I could go half on the $100 but that the best he could do.I thought should I have to pay more it wasn't my fault about the glass and getting delayed and I had to reach out about the problem.I think you's guys quoted me a go price to go to you's guys and raise the price. You's could have least had Kirk go half on the price of the price of the window that had to be ordered?As far as the install he did a great job.The call center said someone would call the mornings of the install to see if I could get more discount on the price but one ever called.To me that is bad customer service, ”

“I used the quote tool on Glass.net and selected Atlas Auto Glass. I got a call a few hours later and found out later that the quote they gave me was for a basic glass but due to my car that option was not available and only option was for tinted glass option and there was no other choice. I had already got quotes from other companies and this was still the cheapest option. I would of like to know that info when the quote was generated but I am glad I did ask quesyions about that as I was looked at a low cost option since my car was more than ten years and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the replacement. They couldn't get any one out until Monday morning and they called in advance saying they were on there way. The installer came and installed the glass in about an hour. Looking at the work you wouldn't have know that this was a replacement glass. Only thing they didn't do was clean up the glass pieces from the old glass. I was okay with it since I still had the wet/dry vac close by the car and picked up the glass myself. It would be nice from them to state that clean up was not part of the quoted price, etc. Overall they did a good job with the glass installation. ”
