Next day he shows up asks for my car keys so he can work in the shade ,i toss him my keys and go back inside a lil while later he rings my door bell and hes done i pay him exactly what was quoted and that was that. “A great experience! If you have to get your windshield repaired/replaced this is the company for you. They were prompt , informative and professional . The tech(Mr. J) that worked on my car was above and beyond when it comes to customer service. There was an issue with the make/model of my windshield in which Glass America was not at fault,but they made everything right without any additional cost to me.
