“I have to give a 3 due some miscommunication between you, me and the installer. Your ad said on site service but the contracted provider here does not do site service/repair. The shop that I had to take the vehicle to was competent and we found additional problems that need addressed once new parts are received by me. They did honor the original price as agreed.”

“The technician was very kind,polite and efficient. I have never in my life had a window break in a vehicle and hope to not ever happen again, but if it does rest assured theses are the people I will call again. He even vacumed up all the glass this was impressive to me. The office pesonel were very nice and very helpful and the price without full coverage was very good. Thank you for making my first broken vehicle window experience a good one.”
