“Omg, where do I begin? I was 100 miles into a 300 mile trip home when a huge chunk of ice flew off a truck and totally shattered my windshield. I carefully managed to get to a hotel and made an appointment with Glass America to come replace my glass between 8-9 the following morning. Btw, this all happened on a Sunday afternoon. They texted me shortly after 8AM Monday to let me know they were waiting on the delivery of the glass and would be by between 2-3PM. I explained I was at a hotel and would need to check out at 11 - the technician then got in touch with his manager and told him my situation, they got in touch with the delivery driver to confirm the glass would arrive at the shop at 10:30 and arranged for the manager to do the replacement if I could get the car to the shop for then (it wasn’t easy, lol)…I was in and out in an hour, the price was beyond reasonable and the work was first-rate. I literally couldn’t recommend this business enough. ”

“Friendly service and reasonably priced considering my type of vehicle. Bradley was great, the windshield he had and the windshield that was on my vehicle differed so he asked if that was ok. I already knew but I appreciate that he asked first. I hope I don't have to but if I ever need a window or windshield I will use Glass America! Kind Regards, John”
