“There was a mix up on the part needed and the service installer immediately called the office and the warehouse to see about getting it right. He explained that he would be able to get the part and complete the job later in the day. He called me to advise when he would return, he did so on time and promptly fixed my window. He gave me an opportunity to inspect the work and even stayed longer to clean up some broken glass that he had missed in the clean up process. The whole installation took about 45 minutes, maybe an hour and the work looks excellent. You cannot even tell that there was damage or repair done. The final cost was even less than quote. I would definitly recommend this company and the installer.”
